New Albany High School’s NJROTC Rifle Team competed at the Navy Nationals and finished 2nd place, just missing another National Championship by 5 points! The team will be competing in the All-Service Nationals this month.

Battalion Commander Caleigh McLean received an early offer to attend the Naval Academy Prep school located in New Mexico. There is potential that she may receive a Direct Appointment to the Naval Academy.
She has been accepted to Purdue School of Engineering, University of Kentucky, and Miami University (Ohio). She is still in contention for the Navy ROTC 4 year Scholarship Program.
Battalion Executive Officer Luke Rhoades is a National Merit Scholar
(Commended) and has been accepted to Purdue School of Engineering, University of Cincinnati School of Engineering and the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering.
