Health Savings Account (HSA) Information
- A Health Savings Account is only available if you elect to have the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).To make a change to your HSA contribution fill out 2019 Health Savings Account Election and interoffice/email to HR. Visit a local First Financial to open HSA. To begin payroll deductions send account confirmation showing account number to HR, interoffice. HSA Enrollment Form HSA Easy Instructions.
Flexible Spending/Dependent Care Account (FSA/DCA) Information
We use Ameriflex as our Flexible Spending/Dependent Care Account administrator. Contact HR for additional information at extension 2123.

As a NAFCS employee you have the opportunity to contribute to a 403(b). We use Edward Jones Financial Advisers with One America Investment lines. Edward Jones Advisers enroll you and/or make changes to your 403(b) program.
