COVID Vaccinations

New Albany Floyd County Schools is teaming up with the Floyd County Health Department to offer COVID vaccinations to eligible students during school hours.

To be eligible to receive the vaccine, students must be at least 16 years old and have a parent consent by filling out this form by clicking here.

The first vaccine will be given on April 22.
