Class of 2020 Graduation Plans

Floyd Central and New Albany Graduation Plans

The graduation plan for the Class of 2020 at Floyd Central High School and New Albany High School has been modified and finalized.

Ceremonies will be held in both high schools’ gymnasiums on Saturday, July 18. Each school will conduct two ceremonies, at 9:00am and 11:00am. All members of the graduating class are encouraged to participate in the opening and closing processionals of both ceremonies. One half of the graduates will receive their diploma in the 1st ceremony and the other half in the 2nd ceremony. All attending graduates will receive recognition. Between ceremonies, there will be time for friendship pictures and peer fellowship.

Each graduate will be provided four (4) tickets for their guests. (The graduates’ guests will attend the ceremony in which their graduate receives his/her diploma). Each graduate will be provided with a face mask featuring their high school logo. More information will be sent directly to each gradate from their high school principal.

All those attending will be required to wear a face mask or other appropriate respiratory shielding. No mask = no entry.

All ceremonies will be live steamed on each school’s YouTube Channel.
