Virtual Learning

The New Albany Floyd County Consolidated School Corp. will be offering students a virtual learning option for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. Students will be provided an electronic device and be able to live stream class from home.

“We are very excited to be able to offer this option to our families,” said Superintendent Brad Snyder. “This virtual option will follow the same curriculum as our in-person classes, allowing students to stay on pace with their peers.”

NAFCS will announce their plan for returning to school in the coming weeks, after the Indiana governor releases his recommendations.

“At this point, it is looking like we will return to the school buildings for our first day, July 29,” Snyder said. “Of course, anything can change between now and then. We are working to finalize details of what returning will look like and what changes will need to be made to keep everyone safe.”

More details about the virtual learning options will be released soon, on nafcs.org.
