About Us - Administration - Technology Resources

Sal Costanzo, Director of Technology Resources


Sal Costanzo provides leadership, direction and strategy for all the technology needs of our district.  He works with administrators and teachers to ensure that staff and students have the technology needed to “empower the minds of tomorrow”. 
 
Sal earned a B.S. in Biology from Siena College, Loudonville, NY.  Soon thereafter, he began working as a computer programmer at Reader’s Digest Association, Chappaqua, NY.  At RDA, Sal assumed roles of increasing responsibility in the Information Technology arena, and after 26 years of employment, retired as their Global Technology Director. 
 
Between 2000 and 2007, Sal held various senior management technology positions at Dow Jones, National City Bank, National Processing Company and Bank of America.  He came to New Albany Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation in February, 2008 and assumed his current role as Technology Director.

Sal lives in Louisville, KY.  He has four grown children and two grandchildren.  His hobbies include playing music and golfing.
